Your information
Last updated 15 June 2026
This policy explains what information Les Tricklebank, trading as july10 ("july10", "Les the Finance Guy", "I", "me"), collects when you use the road map tools (home buyer and refinance), the strategy call booking, and the notify or email series lists on this site, why it's collected, and how it's kept safe. By using these tools you agree to the handling of your information as described here.
The short version: I only collect what I need to prepare your road map and have a useful conversation with you. I never sell your information, and it's only ever used to help you with your finance goals.
Depending on which tool you use, I may collect:
You choose what to share. The mobile number is optional, and you can leave any field blank, though that may make your road map less accurate.
The figures in your road map are general estimates to help you plan. They are not a loan approval, a quote, or personal credit advice. Your actual borrowing capacity is confirmed with real lender assessments during our conversation.
Your information is sent securely (over an encrypted connection) and stored in my private Google Workspace account, which only I can access. Bookings are managed through Cal.com. I use these trusted providers to operate the service:
These providers process your information on my behalf under their own privacy and security terms. I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
I keep your information for as long as needed to help you with your enquiry and to meet my record-keeping obligations as a finance professional. If you'd like your details removed, just ask and I'll delete them where I'm not legally required to keep them.
When you book a call, your details are passed into the booking page through your browser. If you're on a shared or public computer, clear your browser history afterwards so the next person can't see them.
